Great result! Well done Starling Bank ??
‘A seamless digital platform, bolstered by the expertise and dedication of our human teams, is the winning formula’ - brilliantly worded and this is a great way forward for the transition the world is heading towards. I would like to see more people adopting this particular narrative. Tech/AI requires the expertise of humans. It cannot exist independently. The two together is indeed the winning formula. But, it will take some time before all industries can adopt and implement it effectively without high risks associated. The level of risk cannot be underestimated or downplayed. Adoption must be staggered to prevent widespread issues and economic losses. Some industries should go first while others continue to test and assess the situation carefully.
