These type of innovation are a need - watching the process suggests it’s easy and cheap to achieve - making it viable, accessible etc if the next step. Tires (used) are a potential problem and if disposed this way they because a solution to a need.

Do you know it has been estimated that 100,000 marine animals perish annually as a result of plastic contamination? Plastics' quiet invasion of our seas poses a threat not just to marine life but also to human health. ? My COMM-5501 data story project topic perspective is marine plastic pollution endangers human health, the health of marine life, and the safety and quality of food, which related to SDG 14 ( Life Below Water). I mentioned the increasing plastic production and marine animals death reasons, and then I explained how microplastics effects marine life and human health. In addition, exposure to microplastics can cause a range of harmful consequences, including as immunological response, oxidative stress, metabolic disorders, neurotoxicity, and developmental and reproductive damage (Li et al., 2023). ? I may not be very skilled in chart analysis, but I am a decent writer. I gained a better understanding of SDG 14 and learned how to critically evaluate at issues, identify solutions, and then compel action because of this project. ? Moreover, I also make a presentation video on my data story for better displaying topics. My data visualisations help simplify and make complicated ideas and findings practically applicable. It could assist in directing the audience to the presentation's most essential points.In the meanwhile, the manner and substance of my presentations are always tailored to the intended audience and primarily combine theory with practice in a way that makes sense. Episode 1 of "The Apprentice for Local Authority" offers a quick roundup of what we got up to as part of the first #LGChallenge for those interested in the programme or in influencing recycling and waste-reducing behaviour ?? Each challenge has a different topic, which is only revealed to the contestants at the start of the challenges. For this challenge, the Newcastle team set theirs on recycling and reducing waste: ? How can the council influence citizen behaviour so that residents will better follow the waste hierarchy and? - minimise the waste they produce? - increase reuse of items, and? - maximise recycling and so minimise the amount of non-recyclable (residual) waste produced? ?? Team Dynamic’s project proposal had two elements. The first was a strategy to introduce a new waste collection policy where food waste collections will become weekly for households and more frequently for those with shared bins. The second strand was a communications and engagement strategy that included pilot interventions that target reducing waste and encouraging reuse. ?? Team Victorious’ idea centred on taking residents on a journey to zero waste and targeting residents who are already engaged on recycling and finding ways for them to do it even better. By focussing on a large section of the community, the team’s proposal looked at encouraging incremental changes that would lead to pathways to reuse and ultimately lower waste overall. ??
