What was analyzed? I examined data from over 3.9 million CPNS applicants, focusing on the financial implications of the mandatory e-materai requirement for public job applications. The dataset includes submission status, acceptance rates, and overall costs to applicants. ?? Results obtained: - The government’s revenue from e-materai could exceed billions of rupiah, while many applicants, especially those who failed early, bear unnecessary financial burdens. - Recommendations were made to shift e-materai charges to later stages of the selection process. ??
