Take a shower screen fixing without compromising waterproofing 3. Pre-install a kerb surround which could guarantee a uniform finish 4. Have waterproofing completed at factory level, de-risking install 5. It's always good to pilot an activity (build the highest tower made of 20 pieces of spaghetti and 30 marshmallows) before a faculty development workshop because you'll always come away with insights on how the activity might play out. Key moments for me: clearer directions of how you can use the materials, the affordances and constraints of working alone, needing more time than I planned, and that your 3-year-old will build something for 3 minutes and then proceed to eat the marshmallows when you're not looking. Left tower: Some sort of art deco-inspired masterpiece designed by me with no pre-planning. Middle tower: Winning tower designed by husband with some careful consideration, using his engineer's sensibility. Right tower: Pyramid designed by my daughter. Once she realized she could fit one of her stuffies in it, she declared her tower "the best."

If you're in small business, get together with other small businesses to promote each other, especially those you partner with in any way. And then spread the word when you see something like this. Notice how an employee also amplifies the message on their own LinkedIn feed. While this isn't likely to be a huge lead generator for you, it certainly can help you grow your influence and connections, which lead to long-term results.
