Best question I got today, "How do I create content that people want to save?" It's simple... if you know what you're doing. You may be asking, why would I care to increase my saves? If you're out in the marketing world you're undoubtedly aware of the heavy competition that's out there. If you want to multiply your reach and be on the top of people's minds whenever they may need your product/service, then saves are your answer. These are my top 5 secrets to creating content that people want to save ?? Share something interesting and fresh that your ideal clientele doesn't know or has never seen before. Post something refreshingly funny related to your niche, something that people haven't already seen in different forms all over social media. Start your post/caption with a number. "4 ways to..." Post informative content that is based on your field of expertise and unique personality. Share content that is very practical and easy to implement. Try one of these out and watch those saves increase instantaneously??

One of the things I learnt almost late when I started on social media about content strategy is this: There is a kind of content you should create at every point you are in your business. For example, someone who is looking forward to getting qualified leads has a particular type of content they need to create. Someone looking to build their know, like and trust has a particular type of content they need to create. Someone looking forward to selling their products and services has a particular type of content they need to create. If your aim is to generate quality leads and you are only marketing your products and services back to back, chances are that people will ignore you. If you are not getting results, you may need to review your content strategy again.

Everyone tells you "shorter videos always perform better" But here's the truth! There's a popular belief in marketing that viewers have goldfish-like attention spans, so all videos should be as short as possible. I've seen this myth cost brands valuable engagement. While it's true that some platforms favour shorter content, application of this "rule" is dependent on one thing. The ideal video length depends on your content, platform, and audience. LinkedIn users, for example, often engage well with longer, more detailed content. The key is to make every second count, regardless of length. A compelling 5-minute video can outperform a mediocre 30-second clip any day. By freeing yourself from arbitrary time constraints, you can focus on telling your story effectively. This allows for more comprehensive explanations, stronger emotional connections, and ultimately, better conversion rates. You'll stand out in a sea of short, surface-level content. Can we all agree that these hooks are the worst? ???? “Your [content] sucks!” ???? Shame marketing is never a good decision.. Even if it stops the scroll.. It’s for the wrong reasons! Never sacrifice trust and your reputation for visibility. It. Ain’t. Worth. It. Instead grab your audiences attention for the RIGHT reasons.
