The reporter asked me why, with the unemployment rate so low, would major Silicon Valley companies need to work with an organization like ours--when people are already lining up to work there? A great question. Here's how I answered it: companies that understand the value of diversity and inclusion, and the many forces that ultimately sideline women talent, also understand the need for channels to bring women back into the workforce. And that's what we do. We're the channel that brings accomplished women on the sidelines back to you. It's OK if you don't have a formal Return to Work program--we can help you hire from this talent pool regardless. #diversityandinclusion #returnship

Does anyone know if this program will be used in other ways, not just as mentioned?? I find it very encouraging for all women who want to work, what ever the reason might be.

A thoughtful answer to a predictable question. Thanks for your program.

Stacey Delo That reporter asked you a really stupid question. It's BECAUSE unemployment rates are so low that these programs are finally getting some traction.
