The quality of survey responses is a critical factor in obtaining meaningful insights. However, as a respondent highlighted "The quality of my answers always depends on the amount of remuneration - in this case very low.!". Low pay results in poor-quality responses, which is unsurprising given that few clients inquire about sample quality. To achieve valuable insights, we must pay respondents more. Who wants to spend 20 minutes answering questions for £0.55 or less? The people who answer surveys at 3 am for £1.20 an hour are likely desperate (or bots), and their responses may not be representative of any population. Let's work together to ensure fair compensation for respondents and obtain more accurate insights.

23/24 Survey Results - Part 4 HOW MUCH COMMISSION DO YOU EARN IN COMPARISON TO YOUR BASE? Now this is always going to be a reflection of the participants who chose to take the time to fill out our survey... That subset of 600+ people gave these results and there are a few clear trends 1 In general, as you become more senior/build your network, your earning potential increases! 2 From this data and years of similar conversations.. the million dollar question is whether to remain a hefty biller OR go into managing a team! 3 This data shows that initially there isn't a pay off which is confirmed by the number of managers who ask us questions about commission structures for management! It's a pity, middle managers spend their time, building juniors up to competency, creating business plans etc... The see-saw between that and their own billings can be confusing for the heart, mind AND pocket! 4 From an "insider's look" at the data, I'd suggest the more "successful" recruiters we know, aren't necessarily interested in taking the time out to do a survey like this! There sure are big billers out there, and it'd be great to get more of there input next time! ??? anytime on? 0481818224 ???? Love what you do! ????
