The top scientists in Australia are concerned that “un-scientific” theories and investigations are occurring, by police around Australia……. then treated without a scientific “critical eye” by courts, lawyers and juries. In other words, conspiracy theories and pseudo-science, are allowable in these settings with little question. Whether this man is guilty or not, is not a matter for me personally, I’m not in a position to know. However the broader issue of having such a second class system in Australia is highly concerning for all of us. Time and time again, this issue pops up - incorrect science employed (including pseudo-psychology), heresay taking precedent over true science…. They can remove kids this way, too. There is nothing more abhorrent than fake science used to take kids away. Common and often undetected, this pseudo-science.

Unlike what The McCullough Foundation tries to claim here, Elsevier, Forensic Science International and the Lancet by the way have all make the only call that should have been made. This paper on autopsies not done by McCullough Foundation et al totally dismisses the conclusions of the paper they extracted data from. Making sure that a paper that have false conclusions, and drawing such in a way ??not founded on scientific evidence should not have any place in the scientific literature. As for letters to the editors as mean to debate, it does not apply here as one cannot debate lies and false conclusions that go against the science it should based on. The data McCullough Foundation is pushing is not advancement of science; it is not costing lives. On the contrary, it is the conclusions that McCullough Foundation is pushing that are costing lives. All that McCullough Foundation has said and posted on LinkedIn has been only lies and contravenes the policies of LinkedIn in challenging public health conclusions and guidelines. By such, it would be justified to ban McCullough Foundation once and for all..
