At Kids Lacrosse Africa, we’re changing that by giving underserved children the tools and opportunities to play, learn, and grow through this incredible game. Every donation makes a difference. Here’s how your support helps: ?? Shipping Equipment: Lacrosse sticks, helmets, balls, and protective gear are essential, but getting them to Africa takes resources. ?? Stringing Kits & Repairs: Keeping gear in good condition means buying stringing kits, screws, and other supplies. ?? Joining Forces with the 5am Club: Running with Purpose! ??♂? This morning, I had the privilege of running with the incredible 5am Club as part of my marathon training journey. Why so early? Because there’s power in rising with the sun, starting your day with purpose, and surrounding yourself with people who inspire you to push further. I’m training to raise funds for the Ruth’s Pantry Foundation, a charity close to my heart that supports vulnerable children and families in Southern Africa. Running for this cause reminds me of an essential life lesson: whatever you set out to achieve in life—whether it’s starting a business, raising funds, growing revenue, or simply becoming your best self—you need two things: 1?? The Discipline to Rise Early and Start Now: The 5am hour isn’t just about waking up early; it’s about prioritizing your goals before the world wakes up. It’s a reminder that great things are built one deliberate step at a time. If you want 2025 to be your year, start preparing today. 2?? The Power of Community: Running alone is tough, but running with a group headed in the same direction changes the game.
