I've made some fixes to gtviz to be more compatible with lower resolution screens. Here's a screenshot showing 1368x768 resolution. Change summary: I've added a "Toolbars" menu to allow users to toggle the toolbar layout between vertical and horizontal. The main toolbar now also defaults to horizontal. I've eliminated spacing between widgets on the settings window so it should now fit nicely on 1368x768 laptop screens. The tool cursor sizes have been scaled down to 50%.
