Coaching is like holding up a mirror to help clients see themselves more clearly. Assessments act as extra mirrors, offering perspectives that conversations might miss. Understanding which angles matter most to your clients—identity, reputation, or influence—guides more effective coaching and assessment.

You're not getting more clients for your coaching services because… You're not painting a vivid picture of the transformation that happens through your coaching. One reason people need coaching is because they want a total transformation of their current situation. They want to imagine themselves already living the lives they want. Your messaging should address that. Use words that make your audience see themselves in their desired state. When people see the possibility of a future they want through your coaching or consulting. It becomes easier to get clients. Start talking about the transformation that happens with your services. But If you don't know how to put it in writing. You either take the time to learn (if you've enough time) Or work with an expert to help refine your messaging. (that's where I can help)
