One of the most challenging jobs that Geotek Design-Build has successfully completed so far. This is due to many factors: 1. Highly Variable Soil Conditions: Soil conditions varied within less than 10 ft. from very shallow limestone to 25 ft. of beach sand, to very stiff clay. 2. Site Logistics: Ground Improvement operation was running at the same time as other operations were running 3-Work Performed During Holiday Time: Who wants to work during Holiday Time? Despite the holiday season, the project proceeded as scheduled. Nevertheless, Geotek Design-Build's experienced team overcame these challenges and completed the project on time.
