Good morning LinkedIn network! Just wanted to share the results of my poll "What’s the ideal timeframe for candidates to receive feedback from a client after 1st interview?" 84% of the 365 voters indicated within 3 days (33% within 24 hours). Providing quick feedback and communication is key to candidates needs & wants and helps maintain their interest in the position. As we see the market picking up and with our expectations that 2025 will be busy, swift follow-up shows enthusiasm and will keep candidates highly engaged.

I spend the last month deconstructing our top producing reps and creating a hiring process around it.
