When the graph of performance & business increases & stops on constant no increase no decrease than we launchs the Incentives for increase the efforts, performance & business graph ?? It's about Variable pays. Incentives can be categorized based on different criteria.There are some types of Incentives which is Sales, Executive or International Incentives. Sales incentives are commission base earnings or performance bonuses to motivate sales team. Executive incentives may involve bonuses, stock options, or performance-based rewards for top-level executives. International incentives could refer to strategies designed to attract businesses or investments on a global scale, often involving tax breaks or trade agreements.
