So this is happening today!! There’s loads of stats out there about how long new businesses survive. Apparently there was a high likelihood of us not making it to three!!! Guess we know what MDA Limited can do with those stats!! What have i learnt over these last three years? Mainly that everyone has an opinion on what you should and shouldn’t do as a business owner. ?? You shouldn’t get an office ——— Well we did!!! ?? You shouldn’t guarantee results ——— Well we do!!! ?? You should be careful how you market yourself ——— nah you’re ok thanks But here’s the thing, if you’re running a business, it’s yours! Your time, your dedication, your vision, your risk!! Run it how you want and don’t take advice from people who pivot more than the American political system!! And most importantly, remember who wasn’t there at the beginning but turns up when the success comes!! Hope you have all had a good week. Sometime you need to try something different. That's what I decided to do some weekends ago. I went to a NASA hackathon, without expectations or anything. Just to hack away at something, bring the DFRNT platform to help others get started more quickly, and maybe get some feedback. Little did I expect to find the dream team that shared my love for the Twinfox Platform! Warm welcome onboard Paul, with new perspectives, a dedication on effective flows, and a digital-native approach. With rock-solid experiences from structured information in domains I've never experienced including space research! Let's take DFRNT to the moon together ?? ___ But seriously, dear reader, if you have challenges with an Excel sheet that should really be a database, but that database is really hard to create, and you need it to be a content graph with custom datalog logic, it's maybe time to sign up and try a different approach than the messy data you have, using our platform.

Chaos! Last year when we ventured to start our own entity it was full of Chaos! Obviously in the beginning we had good deal of information on what we wanted to accomplish, and we were quite clear on our Vision. However, the market uncertainties and initial failures kept knocking us back to the wall! The most important thing what as a startup we did is - we stopped seeking too much of clarity of the situation and started giving our commitment to make things work! We learnt it in our way that "Chaos and Uncertainty are best friends of a Startup!" Which will make us thrive hard and give our best to excel in our goals! Who would have thought that - The idea which started on a causal coffee break! The plan which was jotted on a dinner table paper napkin! And the team who stood with me for a decade through the thick and the thin! All put together builds an entity and here we stand tall at the first milestone celebrating the First birthday of our baby – “Agnile Technologies”! Amazing! It was an action-packed year, nothing less than raising a baby where each moment was filled with surprises! every small stuff made us to feel the joy and every tiny hurdle made us to feel like climbing a mountain! But what we enjoyed the most is ‘The Journey Of Raising An Organisation!’ Now, at the end of year ONE! When I recap what we achieved? Our both verticals ‘Product House’ and ‘Service House’ are doing extremely great and It’s really satisfying as these accomplishments were done when the market is facing severe headwind with various Geopolitical & Technological uncertainties! We were positive in using the headwind and steering our organization to takeoff! Now it’s time to convert the startup into a scaleup! Some news-- I've joined the team at Beam, formerly Edquity as a Partnerships Development Executive! Beam is a social impact company that provides a configurable, cloud-based software platform for governments, nonprofits, and education institutions to deliver cash assistance, public benefits, and safety net programs with simplicity, speed, and most importantly, a focus on equity and user experience. Now, if you know me well, you know this is a bit of a pivot. But it's also building on my years of experience in policy and human services. More often than not, I suffered *from* technology in my roles rather than it actually being a useful tool. Think... running an ARPA municipal grant program scoring across three different systems, none of which talked to each other. Or having to go to four different people in three different departments to get the numbers to get the grant written or talk about the good we'd done in the community accurately. Or having to help people navigate a long, paper SNAP application when I volunteered at tax sites. With Beam, all of those things can be made easier, more user friendly, more secure, and provide better data across the board. Sound like something that might be useful for you?
