Are you allowed to be yourself or is the question.... Do you feel comfortable in your environment being yourself. This is very important, we spend most of our day in work, and therefore it is vital, that people can feel supported, cared for, inspired and definitely feel happy being themselves. I think at times, we forget what it is like being human, caught up in the fast lane in the workplace, always focused on wanting everything automated, done quicker, it needs to be now, it has to be instant gratification. However we are human and that means we are full of emotions, that change according to what happens each and every day, and this emotion can help to develop amazing innovative solutions, those light bulb moments, if channelled in the right way can explode with wonderous creative thoughts.... Again, I love tech more than anything, I wanted to see it used to support better customer experience, but remember it is the enabler, it is still designed, created and built by humans, for use by humans.
