Project Details – Size, Scale, Scope??How does candidate fit into this? ?Trying to stand up an identity governance and access team Building them out Making sure compliant on sox side Turning it over to Tim’s team to actually do the builds Her side will be more the analysts – working w/ the business/other IT groups Role based within Saviynt – what access they should have Building out templates and then hand off to Tim’s team Then turn over to engineering side so they can actually build it within Saviynt Maybe Active Directory – role based access control Active directory/azure active directory 10 applications they are currently building program for, then they’re going to be adding more Team: Will be Tara and this person, maybe 1 more, and then may share resources with Tim Don’t really know what final count of team will be – but the roles w/in the team will be analyst and engineer Gda role based design stuff – Tara’s team - this is the next 3 - 4 months of completing Acceleration Program (been going for last 2 1/2 years)? ? (security group) There are about 10 projects that have gotten the green light to kick off this quarter, as we know ELC is throwing funding into ECR (Enterprise Cybersecurity and Risk) due to last years breech. There are 2 projects they need to hire at least one PM for immediately (and may need a second). The first project is an implementation of SailPoint, a single sign on, multifactor authorization software - they are moving away from Forge Rock.?Focusing on governance, delivery and process around employees starting and leaving ELC.?This is a 3 year project total.
