I am delighted to share that I have completed the ??????3 – ???????????????????? ?????? ???????????????????? ?????????????? ?????? ???????????????? organized by the ???????????? ???? ???????????????? ?????? ???????????????????????? ??????????????, ???????????????????? ???? ???????????????? - this winter semester. This program focused on enhancing key skills for professional growth and future career success. Under expert guidance, we engaged in an 8-week series of 1.5-hour modules, each aimed at cultivating mastery in three essential areas: Personal Management, Project Management, and Team Leadership. Highlights include: ? Self-awareness & accountability ? Inclusivity in team dynamics ? Strategic time management ? Effective resource budgeting ? Talent recruitment & development ? Trust-building & clear communication ? Conflict resolution strategies ? Core leadership skills cultivation This innovative program paired current data analysis with best teaching practices, offering active learning by facilitating critical thinking through situational analysis, engaging and straightforward pre-module preparations, and group activities. Things I value the most learning from this program: ?? Effective leadership isn't one-size-fits-all. Leaders can leverage individual strengths to drive results, creating a richer and more adaptable team dynamic. ?? Open and clear communication is effective communication. ?? Implicit bias can occur at multiple levels. Having a consciousness about it helps to be mindful of the possibility of it happening. ?? Leading a team effectively requires a shift from individual control to empowered delegation. This transformative journey has helped me elevate my management and leadership prowess, and I'm excited to put these newly acquired skills into action! #PostdocDevelopment #LeadershipTraining #ManagementSkills #CareerGrowth #You3Program?

The last few months of reflection: Spent the most of time unlearning and relearning across various fronts: 1?? Learning the fundamentals - The need to get clarity requires asking the right people the right questions. 2?? Embracing institutional development - This requires us to think short, mid and long term. We don't learn to lean on the market, luck, existing or future capabilities but to systematically drive growth with freedom and responsibilities but being accountable. 3?? Two way communication - We need to be able to debate hard and soft on problems while aligning efforts behind a single initiative to achieve our goals. 4?? Spending time on reconstructing thinking - Building leadership, thinking culture and team. It's easy to lose sight of the bigger picture amid operational chaos. 5?? Cultivating creativity with subtlety: Instead of imposing solutions, we educate customers about potential challenges and pitfalls as they scale. These are ongoing and iterative that demand continuous attention to ensure progress. I am grateful for the opportunity to be challenged and grow. Cheers ?? to building the future!

Grateful for Meaningful Feedback ?? During one of my seminars, Susanne shared something that truly moved me. Hearing her words was not only humbling but also a powerful reminder of why I do what I do. For me, every seminar is an opportunity to bring more than just knowledge—I aim to deliver clarity, inspiration, and real impact. It’s about making complex ideas accessible, fostering collaboration, and unlocking the hidden potential of every individual in the room. At the same time, I believe learning is a two-way street. I’m constantly inspired by the insights, experiences, and perspectives that my trainees and seminar participants bring to the table. These interactions challenge me to grow and refine my approach, making every session a shared journey of discovery. Susanne’s feedback reaffirmed that the work I’m so passionate about resonates with others. Knowing that my approach leaves a lasting impression and helps others grow is incredibly rewarding. I’m deeply grateful for moments like these, where the connection, trust, and energy in the room create something truly transformative. Have you ever received feedback that stayed with you? I’d love to hear your stories about the moments that reaffirmed your purpose. Let’s celebrate the power of uplifting words and meaningful work. #Gratitude #LeadershipDevelopment #PersonalGrowth #Empowerment #ProfessionalImpact

What’s the difference between training and mentorship? ??? When it comes to corporate growth, both have unique roles—but which one fits your team’s goals for 2025? Let’s break it down:? 1?? Structured vs. Personalized Learning ???? Training provides structured programs for specific skills, while mentorship offers tailored guidance based on individual needs.? 2?? Short-Term Goals vs. Long-Term Growth ??? Training focuses on immediate objectives, like mastering a tool. Mentorship builds career trajectories and fosters leadership.? 3?? Knowledge Delivery vs. Knowledge Sharing ???? Training delivers expertise from instructors, while mentorship thrives on collaboration and shared experiences.? ?? A winning strategy often combines both. Invest in your team’s potential with the right balance! ??? #TricalBusinessPLT #CorporateTraining #MentorshipMatters #Leadership2025 #WorkplaceGrowth
