Today it’s; on-shoring, gigafactories, e-commerce, last mile, cannabis, IOS, quasi-retail uses like sports facilities and breweries, and all of the ancillaries that serve these markets

I wanted to share some reflections about last Sunday's event. We didn't win any medals this year, and that's perfectly alright. I've always maintained that winning isn't everything. In fact, I genuinely believe that Sunday's performance was the best we've ever had at this event, or any event for that matter. My representative was quite upset about not winning because she put all her heart and soul into this. It's natural to feel that way, but I sent her the message below to help her see things from a different perspective. I explained to her that our victory isn't confined to just one night or event. We win every day through our dedication, teamwork, and the sheer effort we put into our work. Our success isn't measured by medals or awards, but by the impact we make, the growth we experience, and the satisfaction of knowing we did our best. This philosophy has guided us well and will continue to. Always take pride in your efforts and keep striving for excellence in our unique way. Remember to always compliment and value your team each and everyday. As a side note, it's worth mentioning that we received over 200 tags and reposts on social media that same night. This really illustrates that awards like buckles aren't the ultimate measure of success.
