While watching an NFL game, I overheard a fascinating exchange between the commentators that really caught my attention. An NFL QB (let’s call him Baker) talked about how the team's culture has become more "fun" since he joined. He replaced a QB (let’s call him Tom), who has won more Super Bowls than anyone (7 SB championships and also holds the record for the most Super Bowl appearances with 10.). This is a huge step in my coaching career to be a part of this program and to learn from some of the best coaches in the state of CO at a professional level is a dream come true.
