It was amazing to connect with so many inspiring minds at today's Experience Vistage event in Newport Beach. We had a fantastic presentation by Ross Hartmann that delved into the real-world applications of AI and its ability to impact any organization. But true magic happened in the collaborative problem-solving session that followed. Instead of relying on AI, we empowered the attendees to tackle a real-life challenge of one of our guest's organizations. The room buzzed with creative energy as attendees from different backgrounds and industries shared their ideas, built upon each other's suggestions, and challenged assumptions. By the end of the session, we had not only generated a multitude of potential solutions but also fostered a strong sense of community and collaboration. This event was a powerful testament to the incredible potential that lies within each of us, and what we can achieve when we work together. Here are some key takeaways from the event: - Collective intelligence is a powerful force for problem-solving. - By bringing together diverse perspectives,?we can generate more creative and effective solutions. - Collaboration is key to unlocking our full potential. Feeling that post workshop glow.??? I ran a session for 200+ incredible humans at GE HealthCare who showed up to do the tough (and important) work of personal growth and development. We talked about inner critics, saboteurs, and the understanding that these parts of us are well intentioned and trying to protect us. We can also recognize they are not helpful, useful, or speak the truth, and they limit us from being authentic, fulfilled, and reaching our true potential. The beauty is, you can overcome these gremlins, stop them from taking over, and lead with the wise, strong, empowered parts of you instead. If you’re plagued with self-criticism, congratulations! You’re not alone, and you’re human. If you want to squash your self-doubt and lead with confidence, it’s absolutely possible. You have the power to choose which parts of you run the show. It just takes awareness, practice, and more practice. Thank you Amy Wendt & Kelsey Underwood for making this possible and for the great work you’re doing in the Women’s Network.
