We all have the same 24 hours, But some people seem to achieve so much more! The reality is, it's not about having extra time, It's about managing it effectively. For me, a few key strategies have been game-changers: ????????????????????????????: Not all tasks are created equal. I start by identifying the most important (not just urgent) tasks and tackle those first. This ensures I'm focusing on what truly moves the needle. ????????????????: I create a realistic daily schedule, blocking out time for focused work on prioritized tasks. This keeps me on track and avoids feeling overwhelmed. ???????? ????????????????: I schedule specific blocks of time for emails, meetings, focused work, and even breaks!
