Here’s a simple hack to increase your referrals: Track them. Go back 12 months and document each referral you got (regardless if they became a client). Put the names into Excel. This is 99% further than most Advisors. What gets measured gets managed - as Drucker put it so elegantly. Look at those names who sent you a referral and put together a plan for the next 12 months to increase your relationship, add value and drive results for these people. Plan out 12 months in advance. Run that plan. Rinse and repeat.
