Before this month, I was concerned with LinkedIn’s ability to vet job postings. But now I’m bordering on alarmed. The image below is of a job postings that was sent to my feed today. I have reported it. But what is also disturbing is the number of people who call themselves coaches that applied. I’m sorry—I know we are human, BUT! We are held to a higher ethical standard that needs to be taken seriously. You can have different political views but being decisive and racist is not ok. EVER. I am posting for awareness. I had to read this 3 x to digest what I was seeing. Be careful. Be aware. Be vigilant. Be safe. And above all be a decent human being. PS—the irony of the statement “clients who have rejected the DIVISIVE elements of DEI” is just mind blowing…
