Bringing innovation to the forefront of guest engagement, PHNYXPRO/Stefan Rampersad proudly collaborated with Innovation Activators/Shiva Deokiesingh to infuse the airline ticketing and check-in experience into a seamless, personalized journey for 200 guests National Energy Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago Limited's Altitude event at the Hyatt Regency. By reimagining how guests interact with their event passes, we designed an airline-inspired experience that combined cutting-edge creativity with functionality. Each ticket was not just a pass but an integral part of a narrative, connecting attendees to the event theme in a truly immersive way including encoding their seat information. Leveraging the power of Adobe/Adobe Creative Cloud Applications, we meticulously crafted unique digital assets that integrated personalization into every ticket. From custom-designed tickets to an interactive check-in process, this project showcased how creativity and technology can elevate the event experience. At PHNYXPRO, we thrive on opportunities to collaborates and push the boundaries of design and innovation, delivering memorable moments for our partners and their audiences.

What type of dual relationship does each person have with each other while serving the same purpose?

Lead gen is like love at first sight. Sounds exciting and magical…until it’s not. Why? Because it’s unreal. Not even Disney is betting on that idea anymore. On the flip side, we have the Demand Gen style. Relationships that are BUILT over time. You go on multiple dates, discovering the other person's values, perspectives, and what matters to them. You meet their friends, their family, and eventually… you understand their real story. If it resonates, you find yourself falling in love… little by little, but madly.? Genuinely in love! You want to be with this person, not just for who they are, but because of how they make you feel about yourself. It’s nothing from a superficial, rushing, and crashing way, but from a deep level of CONNECTION. So, call me romantic, but I definitely will bet on the low-risk, yet highly rewarding effect of investing my time and effort in building a relationship, rather than naively believing that every next attractive stranger will be “my soul-mate.” Take this as another of those life-relationship lessons that work just as effectively as a Marketing fundamental. I can't believe this reel is FIVE years old somehow. I can't believe it's been half a decade since the pandemic changed everything (including introducing Zoom TV segments). I can't believe we are embarking on our first #ToyFair in Q1 in New York since 2020. These years have been challenging for the toy industry (to put it lightly), but even with chip shortages, shipping crises, retail consolidation, and major shifts in consumer spending, we've proven once again that people of all ages will always need play and, therefore, toys. Flexibility has been our superpower at Adventure Media & Events since 2020. The toy industry was so consistent for so long. We knew all of the trade show dates by heart. Our magazine production schedule never changed. Our content was steady and our processes were tried and true. And then... every single thing went out the window. Our media and influencer events moved online, then in person with an online component, then back in person completely but with new safety rules. The trade show and comic convention calendars were in flux for years (and still are, to an extent), and we just kept changing production schedules, moving issues around, and listening to what the industry needed and when they needed it. Every time we got plans locked in place, we'd have to rethink them again and again as factors continued to shift. Sometimes, we had no lead time and we did every single thing we could to pull off the impossible — and we always did it. There were so many hard choices, painful losses, and tough days. But, there were also incredibly sweet victories, a lot of happy moments, and so many incredible products we were excited to promote. And while everything was hard, and flexibility was genuinely the name of the game, some things stayed consistent. Our content never suffered. Our mission never changed. We showed up every single day to promote the best products from wonderful companies to help spread the joy of play. We are a small business with incredible grit, and it's a team I am so grateful to be a part of. What we do matters for this industry, helps other small businesses grow, and I'm grateful to all of our partners who recognize that. I absolutely cannot wait to see everyone at Toy Fair! ?? Reflecting on a brilliant Peabody 'Lunch and Learn' session organised by our LGBTQIA+ Network with Polly Shute for Pride Month. Polly shared some really practical takeaways on how to be an ally at work, so I thought I'd share my key takeaways: ?? Get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Things are often uncomfortable if they are different, lean in further and continue to engage rather than pulling away. ?? Respect first, politics second. Having different views isn't a bad thing, but it is important to separate humanness with politics to prevent 'othering' those who are 'different'. ?? Treat others how THEY would like to be treated, not how YOU would like to be. This encourages you to understand what that looks like for other people and how we are not all the same. ?? Choosing empathy over sympathy is a vulnerable choice as it means we have to connect with something within ourselves that knows that feeling. Finally, leaving this video here as it had a poignant impact on me, creating a feeling of discomfort but pushing through to lean into the challenge of listening, engaging and challenging your biases - beer not essential.
