Last Friday, we celebrated the topping out of the Pembroke Towers project! This 6-story office and parking building is officially complete.????In a special tradition, our partners at JWR placed a tree at the top of the structure—a symbolic final touch that represents the successful completion of the build. It was amazing to see such a large turnout to mark this milestone! As the shell contractors, we’re proud to have collaborated on another on-time, successful build. In the process of installing Prefabricated Vertical Drains (PVD) and CMC Rigid Inclusions in Cork city to max depths of 17mbgl with the Menard Ireland team and the support of Menard France and Menard UK. The combination of these Ground Improvement and ground reinforcement techniques (and the use of surcharge with monitoring) allows the safe and sustainable construction of a Factory on grounds with challenging conditions. #groundimprovement and #Geotechnical engineering in #Ireland
