Check out this highlight from #theCUBE at #SC24, where our analysts hear from Alex Bouzari, CEO of DDN, about how the company solves three major challenges: lack of GPU availability, data center space, and power. “If you ask people who are doing large scale AI deployments, ‘What are the problems you're faced with?’ They will tell you three things. Lack of availability of GPUs, not enough data center space, and not enough power. We've written thousands of lines of code to solve that particular problem. We have shrunk the footprint required in a data center to deliver a certain level of performance for AI by a factor of 10,” Bouzari shares. “We've shrunk power consumption by a factor of 10 in the data center. We have solved that problem with additional code to make those things go much faster. We have NVIDIA on the one hand, massive scale running at what I call unreasonable velocity.
