?? Had an invigorating discussion with my good friend Robert Rice (the XR Godfather) about the future of AR and VR, and it brought to mind the novel "Dream Park" by Larry Niven and Steven Barnes. ?? In "Dream Park," we see a world where augmented reality creates immersive theme parks, blurring the lines between the virtual and real worlds. While our current AR and VR technology is promising, we're not quite at the level envisioned in the novel. The gap between the innovative ideas in fiction and the capabilities of today's developers is significant. @Robert and I agree that we're in the early stages of XR development. The linking piece that "Dream Park" highlights, seamless integration and mass adoption of these technologies, is still missing. But these early discussions and explorations are crucial steps towards realizing that vision. We are excited about the potential and optimistic about the future, but mindful of the challenges ahead.
