?? Ladies and gentlemen of Colorado ?? Our freedoms are under severe attack, and have been since the beginning of the legislative session of 2024. We have lost too many battles to these tyrants who have every intention of destroying life as we know it. March 19, 2024 10am the “Assault Weapons Ban” will be heard at 10am. I want to be honest with you and warn you that they have every intention of passing this. We will need to show up in droves, full force at both house and senate hearings. The house will hear this bill & they will pass it unless WE THE PEOPLE organize and flock to the Capitol in masses. YOUR VOICE NEEDS TO BE HEARD. The NRA, FPC, GOA, NAGR are not enough force to stop this. You will need to testify IN PERSON, to ensure this does not happen. If you cannot be there in person, remote testimony is the only other solution. Written testimony does nothing but get filed with the bill upon adjournment. High Power Guns High Power Guns in the hands of ordinary people should be a national concern and the government supposed to take drastic measures to tackle this issue as a matter of urgency.... The government of Peter O'Neil funded a Commission of Inquiry and headed by Former Defence Force Commander Brigadier General Jerry Singirok and presented the findings and recommended solutions but the white paper is covering dust at Parliament while our very own people of Hela, Southern Highlands Province and Enga are killing everyday and night... It's a national treat, therefore, the government can not continue to turn a blind eye on this pressing issue... WHY MPs CAN NOT SUPPORT THE CALL TO TABLE THE COI REPORT ??? THE SIMPLE ANSWER IS MPS ARE THE VERY PEOPLE WHO SMUGGLED THOSE HIGH POWER WEAPONS TO PROTECT THEIR POLITICAL INTEREST... Another question is where is National Intelligent Organization ??? Right to bear arms "SEC. 15. Every citizen has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state." Article First Declaration of Rights (Connecticut Constitution (2024 Edition)) "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." U.S. Const. Amd. II (1791) (United States Constitution (2017 Edition)) In light of the killings in Georgia, see the constitutional right to bear arms under the Connecticut Constitution as opposed to the United States Constitution. Connecticut has the right to bear arms so that each citizen can defend himself or the state, While the Federal Constitution qualifies this right to insure we have a well regulated militia. Now I am not as learned as a Supreme Court Justice. But it seems to me citizens of the Connecticut have a greater more expansive right to bear arms than the right guaranteed by the Federal Consitution. Additionally, none of the 50 states has a militia, rather each has a Nation Guard. This idea that the 2nd amendment allows any person to have a weapon of mass destruction, like the ones used in mass shootings is absurd.

Union of Salvation is a Russian historical drama that chronicles the Decembrist revolt of 1825 in Russia. This event followed the death of Tsar Alexander I and saw a group of military officers and intellectuals attempt to overthrow the autocratic regime in favor of a constitutional monarchy. The movie explores the ideals, struggles, and betrayals among the Decembrists, highlighting their desire for political reform in Russia. I recently watched a clip from the movie depicting a scene where Russian artillery opens fire with grape and canister shot against their fellow countrymen. This portrayal struck me as one of the most accurate depictions of the devastating impact of artillery munitions during the Napoleonic era. Historical movies often struggle to convey the true horrors of artillery fire, but this scene I think captures it vividly. In the clip, you can see firsthand the chaos and destruction wrought by these types of artillery rounds. It effectively illustrates the brutal effectiveness of grape shot in particular, showing what it would be like to come under such devastating fire.

Biden's comments on CNN yesterday about a blunt refusal to provide Israel with weapons to defend itself against a clear and present danger mean that Biden has foolishly taken a path that magically offends both the Arab-American vote as well as the Pro-Israel community. In doing so, he has paradoxically taken a path that was designed to increase his chances of reelection and yet reduced it all the more. My family has been voting Democrat since Roosevelt and yet, as we find ourselves now in a dangerous world where the Democrats can no longer be trusted with a volatile world that requires clarity and consistency of vision and purpose, voting for Biden is looking more and more improbable to me. Biden's fecklessness is feeding wars, rather than preventing them. His inability to stand up to the anti-semitism that is taking over the party my family has supported for nearly a hundred years is as painful as it is unmistakable. In this pivotal time in history when the need for American leadership and projection of strength is at its greatest, Biden is providing us with a weak Jimmy Carter-like attempt to mollify everyone that results in not only the opposite, but also in creating a scenario that emboldens the enemies of America and her allies. For clarity of purpose and a laser like focus on what is really going on rather than playing petty election year politics, one paradoxically need look no further than Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) of all people (shocking but watch this clip below and judge for yourself) to see clarity, vision and a resolute commitment to stand by US principles while sending a clear sign to allies that America can yet be a partner to be trusted. Biden is a good man who in his heart and in his words is both pro-Israel and a true Zionist (i.e. believes in the moral right for indigenous people to self governance). How sad for him that his legacy will be more like a Neville Chamberlain than the Winston Churchill the world needs at this critical inflection point in history. I don't know who to vote for in November, but Biden's actions which are winning applause from Hamas and Iran are clearly making it all but impossible to vote for him. To paraphrase Golda Meir, “If Hamas puts down their weapons today, there would be no more violence.
