What's the key to healthy aging? Consider this shift in mindset: Protection → Opportunity While it's important to prevent disease for healthy aging, making this your main goal is not the most effective approach in the long term. Instead, focus on the opportunities that come from optimising your mental and physical strength. This provides the purpose that healthy aging (and longevity) needs. Aspire to travel independently in your 80s, or accomplish inspiring feats that your grandchildren will remember you for. Regardless of what that might be, concentrate on the opportunity to do great things and you'll age the way you deserve. Whatever will be, will be. ???? P.S.
