Yesterday, our CEO, Jon Davis, participated in a LinkedIn live session with other staffing industry experts: Craig Fisher and Aaron March. They discussed "The New Landscape of Staffing and Hiring in 2025". Here are a few highlights of what they are seeing and predicting for the year. 1.There is rise in skill-based hiring. 2. Staffing companies focused on direct hire only are adding contract, contract-to-hire services to help with consistent revenue as the economy fluctuates (and to be stickier with their clients) 3. Small-medium sized staffing companies find that when they outsource their back office they can scale faster and have the appearance of being a larger organization. 4. Hybrid work continues to rise in popularity. Key take aways for employers: 1.The use of?AI in screening candidates will continue to increase, so be very specific when creating the job description. 2. The "human" element is still critically important in the interview process 3. Create a role and work environment that allows news hires to excel.
