Hopefully by now you've put out lots of content and maybe even some paid ads priming your customers to take advantage of the promotions you'll be offering. Now ask yourself, "Am I prepared to handle the demand?" Here are some tips to make sure your company is prepared for the busiest time of year for businesses: - Have all hands on deck: Whether it's your dev team updating and maintaining your digital storefront, or your sales associates manning your IRL storefront (or both), make sure you have as much support as possible available to answer your customers' questions and close sales quickly and conveniently. - Have a steady supply: Ensure you have enough inventory, especially for the items you've been promoting the heaviest.
