We don’t have a large number of return requests or chargebacks. We operate as a registered company, have a trademark registration, and many subscribers on our IG account (https://www.instagram.con/dvnt.lingerie) But 2 days ago our website was closed due to a violation we received an email from Shopify ?After reviewing your information and website dvntlingerie.com, we have determined that you are in violation of Section 7 of the Shopify Acceptable Use Policy? ddeacd-2.myshopify.com We conducted our own review of the situation and found that our accounts had been hacked, and someone tried to change our payout bank account to collect our money. We have done extensive work to recover all our accounts that we use for our business. We changed all passwords, set up various security measures for login, and took other steps to make our accounts secure! The problem in this situation is that we can’t speak with a Shopify representative who can help us reactivate our account and Shopify payments, and revert all changes to the way they were before.
