We're thrilled to welcome Altadena’s Odyssey Schools to One Colorado Old Pasadena! Over the past several weeks, we partnered with Blackstone to provide a temporary location to the Odyssey Schools of Altadena, which recently lost one of its physical locations due to the Eaton Fire. We’re grateful to have the opportunity to provide students with dedicated classrooms to continue their studies and be together as a community. Donating space and our expert capabilities operating first rate office and retail facilities is one of the most impactful ways our team can contribute to communities most affected. This no-cost space donation and the Blackstone Charitable Foundation's grant, which directly supports Odyssey's rebuilding, will help ensure learning continues while their permanent campus is restored.
