If you’re going to a football game this year, here are some great ways to save money: ? Carpool. You can save big on parking when you split the cost among more people! ? Skip the concessions. Stadiums are notorious for having overpriced food. Eat before the game, and you can save lots on food! ? Get “worse” seats. It’s tempting to be closer to the action, but seats a few rows higher can be a few hundred dollars cheaper. You’ll also be able to see more of the game at the same time! And an extra question for our football fans: who are you cheering for this year?

Are you REALLY expecting the Mashiach? Our sages tell us that one of the questions a person is asked in Heaven after death is: ????? ??????? Were you expecting the redemption? Till recently my answer would be: Of course I am! I pray for the redemption 3 times a day. But then I learned a new distinction - You get what you tolerate and you keep what you expect. Wait, but what about lowering your expectations?! First of all, that's a losing game. If you lower your expectations just to avoid getting disappointed and feeling angry, perhaps you should work on feeling comfortable feeling disappointed, and you won't get angry. Raise your expectations! Here's the thing. Most people who win large sums in the lottery, lose it shortly after. Why? Because although they really wanted to win, they didn't actually expect to. How do I know? Well, did they go to a tax specialist to consult about how to plan for such a large income? Did they ask for advice from other winners to learn from their experience? Probably not. Why? Because "what are the chances I'd win?". So even if they do win, it won't stick, cause they didn't create the vessel to keep the win. We aren't taught to simply WAIT for Mashiach, we are to ANTICIPATE him coming. And that means we must proactively prepare for him. You must create the vessel to maintain the light that he'll bring, otherwise... How can you prepare? Start by getting familiar with what will change once he comes. This will give insights on what you can start doing today. If you're still unsure, simply follow the Torah and do good deeds. The Chafetz Chaim, for example wrote a practical guide pertaining to the laws of the Mikdash, called ?????? ?????. Not his most popular work. But there's one important element that cannot be ignored. The emotional aspect! With the little we know about the Messianic times, we can still FEEL it today if we choose to. And with all my beliefs and thoughts about Chabbad, I try to find the good in virtually everything, in them too. Taking action inspired by emotion to tip the scale and help bring the Mashiach sooner is in fact a great thing we can do, right now. Can famous golfer #JackNicklaus reclaim the #nameandimage he sold for #estateplanning purposes? Or did he unwittingly sell his persona? Due to technological advances in exploiting #nameimageandlikeness (NIL), here’s the unprecedented question: If a celebrity cashes in on their image, who owns their persona? Nicklaus sold his name, image, and likeness to Nicklaus companies for $145 million in 2007. The transaction was reported in court documents to be part of a broader #estateplan to cash in on his name, gift $20 million to each of his 5 children, and some to charity. Here is the twist, which could impact celebrities broadly: The Nicklaus Companies have authorized an A.I. version of Nicklaus that can be used to advertise other products. Can they use a name like a brand or is a person’s identity sacred? In a pending NY legal proceeding, the Nicklaus Companies are reportedly fighting for summary judgment regarding ownership of the golfer’s #publicityrights. Nicklaus’s team is asserting that publicity rights remain inviolable without an explicit, written transfer. Oral arguments are scheduled before Thanksgiving.?The decision may have far-reaching consequences in planning for and valuing #NIL during a celebrity’s lifetime, in the event of #divorce and after death.
