Designed to accommodate a variety of aircraft, including Boeing Business Jets, this hangar features an advanced tail door specifically engineered for larger planes. Last year, unprecedented historic flooding in Fort Lauderdale submerged our runways, fuel farms, and roads, bringing aviation -- or any form of transportation -- to a standstill. They dove into floodwaters to rescue aircraft, spent nights at the FBO offering shelter to stranded patrons, and formed rescue teams to help those trapped in their cars. In collaboration with Avfuel we are donating a portion of each gallon fueled at Sheltair BJC (Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport) location from September 1-30. The funds donated will aid I Hart Flying’s next themed scholarship opportunity launching at NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas, NV, October 22-24. IHFF has awarded nearly $300,000 in scholarship funding and industry packages to 39 scholars through close connections with industry partners, giving more wings to help women, minorities, and youth soar. ?? ?? You asked, we delivered! We just cut the ribbon on our new hangar expansion at Kissimmee Gateway Airport (ISM) to meet the growing demand for more general aviation aircraft storage. ?? ?? Sheltair currently manages 86 T and box hangar units totaling approximately 115,973 square feet. With the addition of 19 new units from this expansion, the total now reaches 105 hangar units.
