There might be a debate on whether theoritical knowledge is important or practical or both in the classroom. well classroom is like a pool where you can swim easly with the teacher guidance with lot of protection hence it is theory , actul skill is tested when you are able to swim in trouble water. A classroom is a swimming pool while swimming in trouble river or ocean is actual practical knowledge .Both are important for us.

To maximize the impact of opening the hands back up after swimming with closed fists, I try to alternate between open and closed as much as possible when using closed fists. More input, more learning.

Adults and kids do not learn the same. We can’t use curriculum for kids to teach adults and expect them to pick up swimming with confidence. It just doesn’t happen that way.
