“????’???? ???????? ???????????? ?????? ????????, ???????? ?????? ???? ?????? ?????????????? ???????? ???? ?????????? ???? ???????????????????? ?????????? ??????.“ Our Co-CEO S?ren Peters was recently on the ASSEMBLY Magazine podcast with host Jennifer Pierce following the Assembly Show South in Nashville, Tennessee. On the podcast, they discuss the road ahead for automation and why many businesses have yet to take their first steps. Since HowTorobot company was founded, we’ve met a great number of businesses that needed help to kickstart their automation journey and overcome the first obstacles. As S?ren Peters puts it on the podcast: “???????????? ???????????? ???? ?????? ?????????????? ?????? ?????? ?? ???????? ???????? ???????????????? ?????? ?????????? ?????? ??????.” We are still only seeing a fraction of the potential that automation and robotics have. Through our daily interactions with manufacturers globally, we see how many basic applications are still left to be automated. If you are curious about how the potential could be realized, give the podcast a listen. It’s full of reflections about, for example: ?? What most businesses are looking for when it comes to automation ?? Why the term “custom solution” can be off-putting to some, and what an alternative could be ?? How financing can be challenging for both automation buyers and suppliers and why it’s important to solve Listen ?? to the podcast here: https://lnkd.in/dQwYjV2u Thanks to Jennifer Pierce for inviting us to the show.

?? A perspective on automation that might surprise you: It doesn't have to be all or nothing. As our CEO Scott Brickler explains, too often engineers think in absolutes - either something is fully automated or not automated at all. But the reality in manufacturing is far more nuanced. Semi-automation might not sound as flashy as full automation, but it's often the secret weapon in manufacturing efficiency. It means: -Letting software handle the heavy lifting -Keeping human expertise where it matters most -Finding the sweet spot between automation and decision-making Because sometimes the smartest solution isn't about removing humans from the equation—it's about empowering them with better tools. Great insights here from Scott Brickler . it's a quantum leap to go from a completely manual process to a fully automated process in the scope of a few months. A lot goes into full automation that it is easy to overlook.

I have a lot of respect for old school values I live by them to this day and instill them into my kids But when it comes to technology, I know there can be concerns around it taking away from those values And though I do believe that there is a fine balance, I think we have to view technology has a tool on our tool belt to add towards who we are If you walk any shop floor, I guarantee you that you will NOT see an old manual, hand crank drill being used Why? Because technology has added value to our work That is how manufactures need to view technology & AI How do we incorporate technology to continue to drive our values? Here is a clip from me discussing this with John Joyce on the Industrial Souls podcast #industrialsouls #technology #manufacturing #sales

Empowering the people that Control the Process to make changes when they need it, thats the future! When we give the power back to process engineers they are able to drive innovation. Yanesh Naidoo explains how he is delivering a configuration as code deployment meaning that Process Control Engineers own the program and are able to make changes without knowing a line of code. Spoiler alert: AI is what sets Chef systems apart from traditional forms of automation! Equipping our robots with AI gives them the ability to reason and be flexible, which means they can go from picking and plating one ingredient to another that's totally different across qualities like texture, shape, or viscosity without the need for custom hardware or software. Give this episode a listen to learn more about how we use AI to automate high-mix food production lines.
