If you pick the easy route… If you have a scattered team… If you work only with freelancers… If you pay them a fraction of their worth… You’re going to be crushed by your competitors. When you come up against a organised team of driven high-performers: You’ll get beaten. Choose ‘right’ if you want to scale, not ‘convenient’.

Full time employees >>> freelancers! ???? Shan Hanif You can't just depend on others to run your agency, you have to work on building it everyday, nothing effective can be done on auto pilot, onboarding a clients, signing contracts etc. has to be done by the agency owner!

All of the big agency courses go in this direction. One offer, one process and one outcome. It's great until it stops working. The big problem I have with this model is once you remove yourself from the business, what do you do when you need to suddenly shift your strategy?
