We approached the design of Alico Rd as a cohesive framework where architecture and landscape coexist seamlessly. This project redefines urban living by transforming traditional parking areas into a vibrant network of green spaces, creating an “edificio de parques” that harmonizes the built environment with nature. The rental building integrates into this framework not as an isolated structure but as part of a collective vision. It features thoughtfully designed spaces that connect residents and visitors with the surrounding verdant parks, fostering a sense of community and interaction with the natural environment. Alico Rd’s design elevates the everyday experience through sustainable integration and innovative planning. Dissolving boundaries between urban functionality and outdoor enjoyment. The result is a development that enriches the urban fabric, blending modern living with access to nature in an environment that supports both well-being and community connection.
