In my book ?? Giving is Selfish, I teach the transformative ? powers of care-giving, thanks-giving, and for-giving. I believe we are “hardwired to give” and that all the goodness you put into the world is never wasted and “boomerangs back” to you.
When I studied at the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute to get my health coaching certificate, I deepened my understanding of health and wellness. Dr. Sears teaches a holistic approach to healthy living through Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition (L.E.A.N). An important component I identified with was a scientific term called the “Helpers High.”
