When reflecting back on the work we are doing at Sentur, even though the work falls under the overall healthcare industry, there is one big differentiation. When a drug is discovered and proven effective, it can easily be scaled to thousands of people. When a psychological intervention is discovered or proven effective, it cannot (TODAY) easily be scaled to thousands of people. Furthermore, to deliver an effective therapeutic intervention - at scale, you need to build the vehicle of engagement that the intervention sits on top of. Many focus solely on the intervention itself, overlooking the critical need to create an engagement model—the essential delivery mechanism that ensures its success. #HealthcareTransformation #ScalingTherapy
