While I'll still be editor-in-chief of PR Daily, I'll also be taking the reins of Ragan.com, the site focused on news and professional development for internal communicators. As the two disciplines merge and everything internal becomes external, I'm excited to be able to cover both holistically, while working with our team of great reporters. Hollywood does tend to dramatise and glamourise many job roles, and we've seen this not just with PR professionals, but also with lawyers, doctors, hospitality, fashion, and now (thanks to reality TV) even for professionals in fields such as real estate, event management, interior design, hairdressing, and even baking!
