Dr. Alvin Lee of the Institute for Food Safety and Health (IFSH) displayed a poster of the results, to date, on his SIRF-funded project, "Evaluation of Various Sanitizers and Additives to Reduce Listeria monocytogenes on RTE Fishery Products" at this year's International Association for Food Protection’s Annual Meeting in Long Beach, CA.

World Food Safety Day! This book was published May, 1962 is the Proceedings of the International Symposium of Food Protection held at Iowa State University. It is fascinating to consider this document in the context of contemporary studies of Food Safety. The introduction was written by the legendary professor Harold W. Schultz of Oregon State University.
