Hello, I'm Sean. I'm an insulation supervisor for SDM. Welcome to Berlin and primary school. So we started this project February the 5th. So we took on the design, which was done their own offices back at the factory. We've made the steel, fabricated it and now we've delivered it to site and we're starting to erect it. We're on phase six at the moment. We've two more phases to go. We're also installing all the concrete floors, first, second and some third floor and putting 2/2 full staircases in. So today we've been putting more concrete slabs in. I think it's probably about load 16 out of 19. And after this we're gonna do the pyramids on the roof. We've got nine more to build. We lifting them in one, build them on the floor, lifting them as a whole section to make life easy. And then when we finish that, we're going to move on to the very end of the building and put a new sports hall in. The main contractor on this project and Morgan Sindall, they've been very, very good. They're very, very helpful and they'll they'll go out of their way to help us. We're actually in SW London and it's been really tricky trying to get some of our lives down here, but Morgan Sindall have gone out of their way to help us. The logistics has been spot on. So today we had a visit from the existing school. All the pupils had a walk around the site will, not actually on the site but around the site and to have a look at any premises which they'll be moving into sometime in the near future. I think they really enjoyed today. It's nice being involved in the project where we're giving something back.
