In my opinion you can't talk about amazing customer experience without talking about Chick Fil A .. while outside of the tech space, they consistently demonstrate an amazing consistent experience that continues to evolve...while staying true to their values.

Our family favorite for CX is Osprey...they have a lifetime guarantee on their backpacks. My husband emailed them asking for a replacement part on a 25 year old hiking backpack (it has held up otherwise extremely well)...they asked him to pay for shipping so they could repair it. When they couldn't, they sent him a credit at REI (power of partnership) for a brand new, same capacity hiking backpack...25 years later. Guess what the only brand of backpacks our entire family will ever buy is?
