Courtesy Visit with the Director General of the Malaysian Space Agency (MYSA) August 19, 2024- Alhamdulillah, we had the opportunity to arrange a courtesy visit to the office of the Director General of MYSA, YBrs. Gs. Haji Azlikamil bin Napiah. We were deeply inspired by MYSA’s short- and long-term plans to position Malaysia as the No. 1 leader in Southeast Asia for space research and technology (currently, we are in the top 3). Tuan Haji Azli also shared the major challenges Malaysia faces in developing a comprehensive space technology ecosystem, particularly in training the necessary experts. We are excited about the five key pillars of action that have been planned and are confident that we have a significant opportunity to contribute to this development. #MYSA #SpaceTechnology #InnovationMalaysia #SpaceLeadership #PROCELL

Slovenia signed an agreement on the basis of which Slovenia will become a full member of European Space Agency - ESA on 1. January 2025. This is an important milestone for Slovenian space industry as well as an achievement for the Ministrstvo za gospodarstvo, turizem in ?port / Ministry of the Economy, Tourism and Sport. ?? Full membership of the Republic of Slovenia will: 1) Open the door for the ?????????????????????????? ???? ?????????????????? ?????????????????? ???? ???????????????? in which the Slovenian space sector has not been able to participate so far. These are two programs that represent the core of the ESA: the fundamental technological research program and the scientific program. 2) Enable Slovenian companies to upgrade ?????????????????????? ???????? ?????????????????? ???????? ?????????? ?????? ???????????? ???????????? and acquire ?????? ???????????????????? ????????????????. 3) Enable equal ?????????????????????? ???? ???????????????? with other ESA members in adopting ?????? ??????????????????. 4) Increase the ???????????????????? ???? ???????????????? as an important player in international space. ? The Cabinet has approved Thailand's participation in the Artemis Accords and designated the Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) as the national focal point for this significant initiative. Established by the United States and supported by 47 other nations, the Artemis Accords outline a shared vision through a comprehensive set of principles, guidelines, and best practices aimed at promoting responsible governance of civilian space exploration and utilization. By joining the Accords, Thailand commits to upholding these standards, which encourage sustainable and peaceful use of space for the benefit of all humanity. This move is expected to elevate Thailand's space industry standards, creating pathways for Thai entrepreneurs to integrate into the global space economy supply chain and collaborate with U.S. agencies and private sector entities. The US Technology Safeguard Agreement (TSA) will make Australia more attractive as a global launch hub - supporting growth across our entire supply chain.
