I continue to benefit from the clear thinking of Tony Robbins. He is super at surfacing what matters most. His post here reminds me of a person I met some time back. A gifted designer who describes her craft as “interior architecture”. She explained “… I help people to create homes that feel right for them - I design their caves”. This perspective struck a chord with me. I replied - “We may have something in common. I am also an Interior Architect. I work with mindset and behaviours. I help individuals and teams to create and sustain meaningful work. I partner with their organisation to fuel ambition, purpose, connection and growth that feels right for them”. #Purpose #Meaningful work #Clarity

If you think you have a lot of time - it says one thing... You haven't found your dream and goal yet. That's why you can waste time on anything and not value it. When we find our dream and goal - immediately there is very little time in life. Because every second becomes extremely important to you. You no longer want to waste it on nonsense; you want to use it wisely. Every hour of your life starts to be spent with meaning, with fulfillment. Finding a dream is not easy. You need to change something in your thinking, change your perception of the world. I am currently working on a course that will be a game-changer. As we enter the inflection point between the 1st and 2nd half of our lives, we begin to notice that something is "off." What does it mean to have a vision? Having a vision means we have a clear sense of purpose. It means we have a much larger picture of our life, or our business, than simply setting and reaching short term goals and tackling problems as they come along. Our life's vision defines who we want to be, what we want to be known for and the set of experiences and accomplishments we aim for. Our vision helps define the goals by giving us a framework to evaluate those goals. Why is it important to have a vision? Vision gives direction and a glimpse over our life to make our goals and purpose become a reality. In order to understand where we want ourselves to be in life, we must have a clear vision over our life. Once we understand that vision, the purpose of our life clarifies and life becomes simpler and more meaningful.
