It’s not uncommon for web agencies to employ content reuse strategies to streamline their workflow and maintain consistency across multiple client projects.?Content reuse is the practice of using the same content in multiple places, such as using a common topic in different user guides or the same warning message in various topics. This approach can save time and create more consistent technical publications. However, it’s important to differentiate between content reuse and outright copying. Reuse involves creating content once and making it available for use in additional channels and publications, often with adjustments to fit each unique context.?When the source content is updated, the changes are reflected everywhere that content is reused. In contrast, copying content from one client to another without modification or permission can lead to plagiarism and copyright infringement issues.?Agencies should be careful to avoid duplicating content between clients and sites, adhering to the “Don’t Repeat Yourself” (DRY) principle to save time and effort while ensuring each client’s content remains unique and tailored to their needs. When a website is given to a client, it becomes the client's intellectual property. If an agency copies the content from one client to another, this is plagiarism, the same way as if you copied your own work when submitting a University assignment. Copying content between clients and other websites has many factors that can hinder the client's success. SEO becomes duplicate content. When customers browse websites and land on both clients' websites, These clients are considered competitors. This is a conflict of interest. There is limited differentiation between clients. Agencies cannot completely invest in two clients in the same industry. Copying content becomes a legal issue, as the agency that has copied is now causing a loss of income to the business it has copied from. Ultimately, while content reuse is a legitimate and efficient practice when done correctly, it must be managed carefully to respect intellectual property rights and provide genuine value to each client. Meet The New Conquistadors - Offshore Creative Production Hubs ? Meet the new conquistadors, but this time they're not armor clad and on horseback, and they're not even European. Yeap, the new conquistadors are offshore creative production hubs. ? Here's a stat: 90% of companies offshore creative production or post-production services. ? We're not kidding when we say conquistador - this model is literally taking over. Over the past 4 years, We Are Amnet's yearly creative production benchmark report has shown that only around 66% of companies offshored their creative, but all of a sudden - we're at 90%. So where's this all coming from? ? Well the key thing to understand is demand for content is higher than ever. Think back 10 years and campaigns would consist of a TVC and some OOH. Now our campaigns need to get on all sorts of media platforms, and all in different formats. These days you'd be hard pressed to find a brief that didn't at the very least include some social formats and display banners. In fact, over the past three years, companies have been spending 40% more of their budgets on production. ? But here's the thing, companies can't keep up. Think how many times agencies have let your company down by delivering late. The bottom line is agencies don't have the capacity to keep up with the demand. But wait, there's more… ? Offshoring is not a new idea, it's been around for decades. And there has always been a kind of stigma around it, the conception was that there's no way someone on the other side of the world could be as efficient as this person in my office. But then COVID came, and everything changed. Lockdowns broke down all those conceptions and marked the start of the amazing growth curve that creative offshoring is in today. ? So what's next? Offshore creative production hubs like Stratia rising to the next set of challenges; offshore companies are automating their workflows, incorporating AI, and ensuring they are tech-led in everything they do. This is what is triggering more agencies, and brands, to start offshoring their creative. And we'll be seeing the new conquistadors providing spectacular value for more and more companies. Check out website to meet your very own conquistador! https://lnkd.in/dHmfwMn6

The allure of big-name agencies is undeniable. With high-profile clients and extensive portfolios, it's easy to assume that bigger always means better. However, this isn't necessarily the case. Bread was founded on the commitment to forming genuine partnerships with our clients. We've heard from clients who felt unheard and pushed in directions that didn't align with their values and mission because their previous agency didn't understand who they were. Smaller studios, like ours, take the time to understand your identity and needs, ensuring collaborations that reflect your goals. Smaller studios invest deeply in every project. Unlike larger agencies that might rely on their name and reputation to secure contracts, small studios know they must earn your business with each pitch. This drive translates into a genuine investment in your project. For smaller studios, every client is a priority, not just another account. This level of dedication ensures the delivery of high-quality, tailored solutions that truly meet your needs. The "bigger is better" mentality can cut both ways. If you're prioritising an agency based on its size and client portfolio, it's possible that the agency is also prioritising clients based on their size and prestige. Big agencies want big clients; it’s a natural part of their business model. This can sometimes mean that smaller clients may not receive the same level of attention and priority. Small studios, on the other hand, value every client and often have more flexibility to be responsive to specific needs. While big agencies certainly have their place and can deliver excellent results, smaller studios offer distinct advantages that should not be overlooked. From personalised attention and genuine partnerships to flexibility and passionate creativity, smaller agencies are dedicated to delivering exceptional results that truly reflect your vision. It's not about one being better than the other; it's about recognising that small studios bring unique strengths that can significantly impact your project's outcome. Remember, it's not about the size of the studio, but the effort and passion they bring to the table. #creativeaagency #studiochoice #graphicdesign #webdesign #customerexperience #clientpartnerships #breaddesign

TW: Transparent discussion on agency pricing and clear, uncomplicated explanation of working methods. How exactly does Bump work with clients to build policy experiences like, for example, an exhibition in the European Parliament? There are two main phases. The design phase: We use a variation of our Idea Sprint methodology (see first comment for link) to go from vague idea to buildable design. This costs 7500. The build and delivery phase: We build/produce every physical and digital component of the experience. We put the experience where it needs to be and help the client activate that space as needed. Typically we also cover video, photography of the experience and sometimes everything around the broader campaign the experience may sit within. This has a minimum cost of 40,000. Anything less and we've found the experience will not be awesome enough OR that it can only be awesome if we lose money:) See comments for work examples and more about money stuff at Bump

A recent post by Indiewire on Instagram talks about upgrading your pitch deck game on Canva with the integration of Shotdeck. Before I give my two cents -- we don't use Canva at all. Why? Well, we actually are designers who know how to design. And when it's about design -- it's about everything we can do using the softwares and applications that we do use. In that sense, Canva does get limiting for us. But saying that, we have tried and tested Canva internally and we know that it can get the job done. So if you are looking for a way to make pitch decks with limited understanding of design then Canva is definitely going to be your new best friend! Especially because Canva is tying up with Shotdeck (one of the biggest directory for movie and ad stills). So now making pitch decks becomes a whole lot easier as Canva gives you a template and Shotdeck integrated inside Canva gives you a whole bunch of images to play around with. I love this for the creators and writers trying to make something on their own and make it pitch-ready!
