I am a Canadian living overseas, and I am trying to activate a new debit card that was mailed to me. Every time that I try to call the number to activate the card, the wait time is over 40 minutes!!!! I am not sure how Scotia bank received this award? There is no email to send and it seems that I have to fly to Canada to do so!!! If anyone else is facing the same problem, I will be happy to hear the details
Proud to be part of the team!
Congratulations to the Scotiabank Team globally for this excellent recognition!
?Enhorabuena!
So proud to be a Scotiabanker ????????
Asesoría en Generalkonsulat Chile in München
1 个月Hey guys! I would like to know how can I get some help here, in Scotiabank Chile, someone opened an account under my name, that person used the credit line, is about 2000€, equivalent in Chilean pesos, I try to communicate with Pamela Botarro, the person in charge, but by phone I can not reach her, I sent an email and nothing answer, I asked to the instagram team in December and still have no answer, the last 5 years I have been living in Europe and I have no idea how is possible that this kind of fraud might happens. I came back to Chile the first week of January, and my family is just getting stalked by your team forcing me to pay…. I would really preciate if someone can actually help me, and do something to avoid this "incidents" happens in the future.
